Keeping your account secure
Strong passwords, sign-in alerts, and what to do if something looks off.
Reinly accounts hold real-world conversations and (sometimes) sale records. A few quick habits keep yours safe.
Strong passwords
Use a password unique to Reinly. A password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, Apple Keychain, browser-built-in) makes this easy and is much safer than reusing a memorable phrase.
Sign-in alerts
You get an email any time someone signs in from a new device or location. If you see one you didn't make, change your password immediately and contact support.
What to do if your account is compromised
- Sign in (if you can) and change your password.
- Sign out all sessions from Account & security.
- Contact Reinly Support — we'll review the activity and lock the account if needed.
What we'll never ask
Reinly Support will never ask for your password or for a verification code over chat or email. If anyone asks, it's not us — report it.
