Changing your email or phone

Both email and phone changes require a one-time verification code sent to the NEW address — that prevents accidental lockouts and stops bad actors from swapping out your contact info if they get into your account.

Changing your email

1. Open Account & security from your user menu.
2. Type the new email and click Send code.
3. Open the new inbox, copy the 6-digit code, paste it back into Reinly.
4. Your sign-in email is now the new one. The old address can no longer be used to sign in.

What happens to past messages

Nothing — your account history is unchanged. The email change only affects how you sign in and where Reinly sends notification emails.

Changing your phone

Same flow as email — enter new number, get the SMS, paste the code. Your phone is used by Reinly Support if we need to reach you, and shared with sellers only after they approve a booking.
