Listing statuses explained

Draft, Live, Paused, Sold, Archived — what each one means.

Every listing flows through a small set of statuses. Knowing what each one does is the difference between "Why isn't my listing showing up?" and a smooth sale.

Draft

You're still building it. Only visible to you. Doesn't show up anywhere public.

Live

Public. Shows up in search, browse, and other-listings carousels. Receives inquiries and booking requests.

Paused

You've hidden it from public search but kept it editable. Past conversations and bookings still work — buyers who already messaged can still reach you. Common reason: vacation, a temporary lameness, waiting on photos.

Sold

Removed from public search. Shows a "Sold" banner if anyone visits the direct URL. New booking requests are blocked.

Archived

Hidden from your active listings dashboard but kept around for your records. You can restore (back to Paused) at any time.

Switching statuses

From your seller dashboard, click the menu on a listing card. Each status change happens immediately and is logged for your records.
