Completing a purchase

What happens when a seller marks the horse sold to you.

Money changes hands off-platform — Reinly doesn't process payments. The Reinly side of "completing the sale" is the seller marking the listing as sold to you.

What the seller does

From their listing dashboard they pick Mark as sold, search for your name or email, and confirm. There's a checkbox to add the horse directly to your stable.

What you see

A notification: "{Horse name} was added to your stable." The horse shows up in My Horses with a snapshot of the listing details — photo, breed, age — even if the seller later edits or removes the listing.

Reviewing each other

Both you and the seller can leave a review of each other. The "Pending" tab in /Reviews surfaces it; reviews publish immediately.

If something's wrong

Contact support from the help menu. We can look into the sale record and reach out to the seller.
