Approving or declining a booking (seller)
Three buttons, three outcomes, all transparent to the buyer.
From the booking inbox or the request itself, you have three options.
Approve
The buyer is notified. They get the address. The visit lands on both calendars with reminders.
Decline
The buyer is notified with your reason. They can re-request a different time, ask follow-up questions, or move on.
Propose new time
If the request just doesn't work for you, counter-propose. The buyer accepts, declines, or counter-counters. Same flow.
Buffer time
Set buffers in your booking settings — Reinly automatically gates new requests around them so you're not stacking visits back-to-back.
Approval mode
Two modes: manual (you approve every request) and instant-book (slots in your calendar are auto-approved). Manual is the default and what most sellers want.
