Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Reinly, an online marketplace connecting horse buyers and sellers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Reinly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using Reinly on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the accuracy of the information you publish, and the security of your sign-in credentials. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

3. Listings & content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing — including pricing, photos, health history, and disclosures. Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence (vetting, trial rides, paperwork) before completing a purchase.

4. Transactions

Reinly is a marketplace, not a party to the sale. Buyers and sellers are responsible for the underlying contract, transfer of ownership, and any taxes or fees.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misrepresent listings, harass other users, attempt to circumvent our payments, or use the service in any way that violates the law or our community standards.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Reinly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reinly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continued use of Reinly after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
