Completed visits
After the visit, here's what changes and what to do.
Once the visit time has passed, the booking flips automatically to Completed. From there, two simple things to do.
Mark complete (seller)
Auto-transitions for most bookings. If you want to record the visit happened (vs. a no-show), confirm it from the booking detail.
Leave a review
Both sides get a "Pending review" notification 24 hours after the visit. Quick, honest reviews build the trust the marketplace runs on.
Following up
The conversation thread stays open. Most buyers/sellers chat for a few days post-visit — clarifying questions, vet check coordination, paperwork.
If the deal closes
The seller marks the listing sold (see Marking a horse as sold). The horse lands in the buyer's stable.
