Archiving conversations
Hide a thread without deleting it — and how new messages can resurface it.
Archive is per-user. If you archive a conversation, it disappears from your inbox but stays visible to the other person. Nothing is deleted.
How to archive
Open the thread, click the archive icon in the header. Or from the inbox, swipe left on a row.
Where archived threads go
The Archived tab on your inbox. Same controls as the regular inbox.
Auto-resurface
If the other person sends you a new message, the thread automatically un-archives so you don't miss it.
Support tickets
Closed support tickets auto-archive but stay accessible from your Help Centre ticket history. Reply on a closed ticket to reopen it.
