Notification preferences
Choose what you get pinged about — in-app, email, and SMS.
Reinly sends notifications when something on your account changes — a new message, a booking confirmation, a new review. You control what shows up where.
Where to find them
User menu → Account → Notifications. Each notification type has three toggles: in-app (the bell icon), email, and SMS (where supported).
Recommended setup
Buyers
Keep in-app on for everything. Email-only for booking confirmations and reschedules so you don't miss a visit if you're not in the app.
Sellers
SMS or email for booking requests so you can respond quickly. In-app for messages so you can triage in the inbox at your own pace.
What's always on
Security alerts (sign-in from a new device, password change). These can't be silenced — they protect your account.
