Managing booking requests
Approve, decline, reschedule — what each does and how to keep your calendar clean.
Booking requests land in your seller booking inbox. Each one shows the buyer's profile, the time they're asking for, and any note they left.
Approve
The buyer gets a notification with the exact address and any notes you add. The visit lands on both calendars.
Decline
Leave a one-liner reason. "Hi — that day I'm at a show. Could you do Sunday instead?" beats a silent decline.
Propose a different time
Use Reschedule from the request. The buyer either accepts your time, declines, or counter-proposes. Same flow either way.
Cancellations
If something comes up, cancel from the booking detail and leave a brief reason. Repeated last-minute cancellations hurt your seller reputation.
Visits that didn't happen
If a buyer no-shows without notice, mark No-show. It's on their reputation, not yours.
