Community Standards

The standards every Reinly member agrees to: respect for people, care for horses, and honesty.

Effective date: 20 October 2026

Our Terms of Service ask everyone on Reinly to follow our community standards. These are those standards. They build on the commitment you make when you join Reinly, and they apply to everything you do on Reinly: listings, profiles, messages, bookings and reviews.

1. Respect everyone

Treat everyone in the Reinly community with respect, and without judgment or bias, regardless of their race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, skin colour, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age. Our Nondiscrimination Policy explains what this means in practice.

2. Put horses' wellbeing first

Ensure the wellbeing and ethical treatment of every horse listed on or bought through Reinly. In particular:

  • describe a horse's health, soundness, age, temperament and history honestly, and share known problems;
  • keep a horse safe and properly cared for during viewings, trial rides and vet checks;
  • never list a horse in a way that encourages its neglect or abuse.

If you believe a horse listed on Reinly is at risk, report the listing with Report Seller on the listing page and choose the animal welfare reason.

3. Be honest

List only horses you have the right to sell, and keep your listings, photos and prices accurate and up to date. Represent yourself truthfully in your profile and messages.

4. Be reliable

Answer messages and booking requests, turn up to bookings you have confirmed, and cancel or reschedule as early as you can if your plans change.

5. Stay safe

Do your own due diligence before you buy, and follow our safe transaction tips. Reinly does not process horse sales or deposits; see our Payments Terms of Service.

6. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists the conduct that is never allowed on Reinly, such as harassment, spam and fraud.

7. Reporting and enforcement

To report a listing or its seller, use Report Seller on the listing page. For anything else, use the Contact support button below or email support@reinly.com. Our team reviews every report. Breaking these standards can lead to content removal, a warning, or the suspension or closure of an account, as set out in the Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these standards from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes; continued use of Reinly after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
