What the verified badge means and how a seller earns it.
A verified-seller badge on a listing means Reinly has confirmed the seller's identity to a basic standard. It doesn't guarantee the horse is as described — that's on the buyer's due diligence — but it eliminates most outright scams.
What we verify
- Email confirmed (one-time code)
- Phone confirmed (one-time SMS)
- Account in good standing for at least 7 days
- No active flags on the account
Why it matters
Verified sellers respond faster, have higher inquiry-to-sale conversion, and rarely ghost buyers. Unverified isn't bad — it's just newer.
How to filter
The All Filters drawer has a "Verified sellers only" toggle. Useful if you're shopping at higher price points where trust is paramount.
